Let's respect each other's time

Cancellation Policy

Respectfully, I require 48-hours notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. This may be done by contacting me via text at my direct line (listed at the top of this page).  If the required notice is not given, half the value of the service that's scheduled for will be charged to your card on file. If you "no show" or cancel the day of, 100% of the service will be charged. 

Late Policy

If you are going to be late for your appointment, please give notice. A 15 minute grace period is given for tardiness. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to lost time, there is a 50% rescheduling fee. 

Rescheduling Policy

I you need to reschedule your appointment you are able to do so one time. If you have to reschedule more than once in a row you must leave a deposit of half the value of the service that's being scheduled. If you have to cancel or reschedule again you must leave a new deposit before rescheduling.
