Let's respect each other's time
Respectfully, I require 48-hour notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. This may be done by contacting me via text at my direct line (listed at the top of this page). If the required notice is not given, 50% of the value of the service price that's scheduled for will be charged to your card on file. If you "no show" or cancel the day of, 100% of the service price will be charged.
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please give notice. If your appointment is still able to take place after the 15-minute mark, a fee of $25 will be charged to you on top of your service price. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to lost time, you will have to reschedule and pay the 50% cancellation fee.
I you no show/same day cancel more than once you will no longer be able to schedule in advance, & will only be scheduled as a "walk in"
Walk in - no more than 24 hours in advance
