Cancellation Policy
Respectfully, I require 48 hours' notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. This may be done by contacting me via text at my direct line (listed at the top of this page). If the required notice is not given, 50% of the service value will be charged to your card on file. If you "no show" or cancel the day of, 100% of the service will be charged.
Late Policy
If you are going to be late for your appointment, please give notice. A 15 minute grace period is given for tardiness. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to lost time, there is a 50% rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling Policy
While I require 48 hours' notice for cancellation & reschedules, if you cancel or reschedule within a week of your appointment more than once a 50% rebooking fee will apply.
