New clients must leave either a deposit of have a card on file to schedule an appointment. All new & existing clients must have a credit card saved on file.

Cancellation Policy

Respectfully, I require 48-hours notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. This may be done by contacting me via text at my direct line (listed at the top of this page).  If the required notice is not given, half the value of the service that's scheduled for will be charged to your card on file. If you "no show" or cancel the day of, 100% of the service will be charged. 

Late Policy

If you are going to be late for your appointment, please give notice. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment might have to be rescheduled. If your appointment has to be rescheduled due to lost time, you will have to reschedule and pay the 50% cancellation fee.
